Dr. Paul Lambert

Dr. Paul Lambert is a board certified plastic surgeon, who joined Hallmark Plastic Surgery in Winchester, Virginia, in 2001. A native of Miami, Florida, he completed his undergraduate studies at Florida International University. For his medical degree, Dr. Lambert attended Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia.

After medical school, he completed his surgical training through a competitive six-year general surgery residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School. He then pursued a 2 year specialized plastic surgery fellowship at Penn State Hershey Medical Center.

Clinical Research

Research has been a consistent part of Dr. Lambert’s professional life. During his general surgery residency, he spent one year pursuing breast cancer research. As a result, he has presented numerous papers in surgical journals. He has also been an active speaker and presenter for a number of surgical societies.

Dr. Lambert ia a board certified plastic surgeon by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. 

By speaking both English and Spanish fluently, Dr. Lambert is able to help more patients.

As he established his own plastic surgery private practice at Hallmark Plastic Surgery, Dr. Lambert worked at the Winchester Medical Center. There he served as the Medical Director of the Wound Care Center for five years. Maintaining his own practice gives him an excellent opportunity to bring his skills and unique specialties to a wide range of patients.

Dr. Lambert has been highly trained with extensive experience in many of the most requested plastic surgery procedures. In addition to his expertise in many cosmetic procedures, he also provides the skilled reconstruction techniques that are needed by patients who have been affected by trauma or cancer.
